The Process
introduction
Initial correspondence takes place via phone or email; Mei-Li will talk you through our design process, exploring initial inspirations and ideas. We can also discuss budget, materials and timescale.
DESIGN
Once aligned in the direction of the design, Mei-Li will present a number of hand drawn initial sketches and stone options, along with quotes. We work with you collaboratively throughout the process to bring your bespoke vision to life.
CREATION
Once the design and cost are agreed we ask for a 50% deposit to begin production. We will create a 3D CAD drawing of your design, once signed off it's cast into the metal of your choice, and then expertly stone-set and hand-finished by our skilled crafts people. Once complete, the remaining balance is settled, before arranging for collection or secure delivery of your creation.
ADDITIONAL INFO
Timeline: From concept to creation, bespoke commissions take between 6-14 weeks to produce, depending on the complexity of the design.
Materials: We work with 100% recycled gold (9ct and 18ct, yellow, rose and white gold), and platinum.
Diamonds & gemstones: All of our diamonds and gemstones are carefully sourced from our trusted suppliers and dealers.
