Mei-Li Rose jewellery is designed and handcrafted in London, England. There might be very slight variations in colour and sizes to items – this is due to the handmade nature of the pieces.
All items are produced in sterling silver, some of which are then gold plated in 18ct yellow gold or enamelled.  
Items that are over 7.78 grams are hallmarked. Items under this weight are exempt from hallmarking.
Please note that due to the handcrafted nature of our jewellery, we carry limited stock. As pieces are made to order; we aim to have them sent out within 7-14 working days. Occasionally there may be slight delays in production, but we will let you know immediately if they occur.
If you need an item for a specific date please contact us and we will try to accommodate this, if possible.

Your jewellery purchase will arrive in a custom Mei-Li Rose black gift box. We make every effort to ensure that items are packaged securely for transit.
If your order is being sent directly to someone as a gift, please leave a note in the comments section at the checkout and we will gift wrap your order free of charge.
If your item is delayed please contact with your order and tracking number.
We cannot refund or replace lost times until 20 work days after the date of dispatch (30 days for international deliveries) as this is when the Royal Mail classes items as lost.
Mei-Li Rose jewellery cannot be held responsible for goods that are lost or delayed in transit.
Please note for hygiene reasons earrings cannot be refunded or exchanged, unless faulty.
We hope that you are delighted with your jewellery, but if you are not satisfied items can be refunded or exchanged within 14 days of receipt, items must be unworn and in their original condition, with packaging.
To arrange a refund or exchange please first contact us on stating your item, order number and name address and contact details, this must be within 14 days of receipt.
When returning or exchanging items please return them to us with a trackable courier, such as Royal Mail special delivery. Mei-Li Rose is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit when refunding or exchanging. Please include a note with your name and order number and once we receive your returned item, providing it is unworn and with the original packaging. Your account will be credited for the products amount or exchanged.
We do not refund shipping charges on refunded or exchanged items, unless deemed faulty.
Silver naturally tarnishes over time causing it to blacken slightly, due to exposure to natural elements. To prevent this happening, when not wearing your jewellery store it in a plastic grip seal bag and give it a regular clean with a polishing cloth.
To prolong gold plated and oxidised items, keep them dry and avoid using chemical cleaners. To clean, use a soft polishing cloth.
We will repair or replace items that are deemed faulty within 30 days of purchase. Please contact stating ‘repair’ in the subject box.
If the item has been damaged by the wearer there will be a charge for this service.
Prices are subject to change due to fluctuations in the precious metal market.
We will not sell, share or trade any information you supply to us with a third party either from transactions on this website, competitions or signing up to our guest list.
