Bespoke designs require a 50% deposit to begin production, with the final balance due on completion. You will receive a BAC's invoice via email.

Mei-Li Rose bespoke jewellery is made to order in your metal of choice, we work with 100% recycled 9ct and 18ct gold, (yellow, rose and white), and platinum.

DELIVERY INFORMATION:
Once your bespoke design is complete, and the final balance settled, we can arrange for your bespoke design to be collected, or shipped via Special Delivery, or your courier of choice.

Your jewellery purchase will arrive in a custom Mei-Li Rose black gift box. We make every effort to ensure that items are packaged securely for transit.

LATE OR LOST DELIVERIES:

Please note that bespoke jewellery is non refundable, this is due to the personalised nature of each piece.
AFTERCARE:
Jewellery is delicate by nature and we encourage customers to take extra care when wearing it daily. Be careful not to damage or scratch your jewellery by taking it off and storing it safely while you do any rough or heavy work - lifting, gardening, etc. Precious metals have the potential to dull and tarnish from contact with chemicals, so it's best to remove your jewellery when you shower, spray perfume, apply lotion or exercise. We also advise taking off your jewellery at night to prevent it from becoming tangled and scratched.

REPAIRS:
Wear and tear is normal with jewellery so we are more than happy to help repair or service your bespoke piece to keep it looking as good as new. We offer repair, re-polishing and cleaning services for our bespoke customers, for a small fee.
